This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!!

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished with 3 King Beds!!

The unit is professional decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 46” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms with King beds and the 4th BR has a Queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Nice rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and spacious. Loved the open concept. My dislike is that 2 of the beds had sand on the sheets. Also would be nice if we were supplied with more than 1 trash bag also should either supply more dishwashing soap.

Great Property!!

The property was amazing! The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. There was easy beach access and the pool/lazy river area was great. The only odd thing was there were no hangers in the unit at all, I would have expected a four bedroom luxury unit to have hangers for guests to use. I would definitely recommend and will stay here in the future.
