Everything is available and well equipped exclusively with brand and designer products. You will feel at home! The apartment has 2 spacious rooms, a large bathroom, an extra toilet and is suitable for 2 to 4 people. There is a large 180cm bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating and cooled with air conditioning. There is of course WiFi and television (amazon fire-tv stick). The 20sqm terrace directly in front of the apartment is unique.

Ruhig, grün und angenehm

Eine sehr nette, ruhige Wohnung, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur 15 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und stand immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Stilvolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügiger Wohnraum, gute Matratzen und ein schönes Bad mit separatem WC. Arbeiten muss der Vermieter an der Sauberkeit - insbesondere in der Küche. Eine vor drei Monaten abgelaufene Milch im Kühlschrank macht sich nicht gut. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer lief nicht, im Wohnzimmer nur 5 lokale Sender empfangbar. Die Terrasse im Innenhof ist groß aber von allen Wohnungen einsehbar. Ein Schirm oder eine Markise könnte eine lohnende Investition sein. Durch U und S-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe gute Erreichbarkeit. Der Bezirk selbst ist Geschmackssache.

Ideal Location

The photos and description match the apartment. Our style of travel is to spend as much time as possible visiting and immersing ourselves in the area we are staying. After a day of sightseeing in Vienna it was nice to know that the apartment was a good place to stay. Getting the keys was easy as was returning them when we left. Creature comforts worked well (A/C, hotwater, appliances, etc.). Neighbourhood was nice, U-Bahn very close, building was quiet/ good for sleeping. To walk to the Ring took approximately 30 minutes. There were no surprises. We would definitely stay again.

schönes Apartment

Waren rundum zufrieden, alles war so wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. sehr sauber ,sehr ruhige Lage alles war wie uns scheinte mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ach, die U Bahn gleich um die Ecke gute Verbindungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. einfach toll!!!

Un très bel appartement!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour pendant une semaine dans cet appartement. C'est appartement en rez de jardin jouit d'une terrasse ensoleillée, la décoration intérieure est somptueuse , et les équipements de grande qualité. L'appartement se trouve à 30 secondes de la bouche de métro, et le supermarché et à 100 mètres. Le seul bémol est l’accueil expéditif, qui se résume à une simple remise de clé, aucune explication sur le quartier (métro,supermarché,restaurant) Je conseille vivement cette location. Alexandre

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Wien

Wir möchten uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt beim Vermieter bedanken und können diese gemütliche Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt sowie bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal, die U-Bahn-Station ist nur eine Straße entfernt, es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für einen Einkauf. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland

accueil chaleureux, bel appartement.

L'appartement est situé près d'une station de métro, supermarché, boulangerie etc..... l'appartement est propre, avec sa terrasse, par contre il manque quelques ustensiles si vous voulez faire un peu de cuisine, les poêles pas adaptées aux plaques induction. l'endroit est calme, fleuri. Il y a une seule chose négative un peu loin du centre ville obligé de prendre toujours deux métros. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, c"était la première fois à Vienne et aussi la première fois que nous avons loué un appartement pour y passer des vacances. Rien à redire, sauf les deux points situés plus haut, les ustensiles de cuisine qui peuvent être remplacés rapidement. et la situation de l"appartement. Cordialement Marie Claude Merlot

Sehr zufrieden!

Ein sehr schönes, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Apartment. Der Mix aus hochwertiger Ausstattung und Einrichtungsgegenständen eines großen schwedischen Möbelhauses ist gelungen. Die sehr ruhige Lage sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten fehlten, wie z.B. Ein Handtuchhalter nebst Handtuch im Gäste-WC. Leider war der Backofen sehr verschmutzt. Wir haben ihn nicht benötigt, daher für uns kein Problem, aber man fragt sich halt was Vormieter dazu treibt, in einer so schönen Location so etwas zu hinterlassen. Beim nächsten Wien-Besuch werden wir versuchen wieder dieses Apartment zu buchen!

Alle Erwartungen erfüllt - sehr empfehlenswert

Die Buchung war unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter angenehm. Alle notwendigen Informationen wurden in kurzer Zeit vermittelt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, mit der U-Bahn ca. 20 Minuten vom Stephansplatz entfernt. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in 4 Minuten erreicht. Dort gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt, Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist modern, technisch auf dem neusten Stand und behaglich gestaltet. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment total wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Innenhof, so dass man im Innenbereichen fern von jeglichem Außengeräuschen ist. Alles, was man im Alltag braucht ist hier vorhanden. Bis zum Kugelschreiber wurde an alle Notwendigkeiten gedacht. Die möblierte Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider war unser Aufenthalt von einer Schlechtwettterzone begleitet. Wir hätten sie gern genutzt. Die Wohnung hat sehr zum Gelingen des Kurzurlaubs beigetragen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. G.u. A. Bellissimo appartamento a Vienna, zona Brigittenau.

L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e con tutti i confort. Nuovissimo e pulito. Si trova in una zona tranquilla ed ben servita dal punto di vista dei mezzi e dei negozi. Dista un centinaio di metri dalla fermata della metropolitana U6. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che voglio trascorrere una vacanza a Vienna.

Es war ein Traum!

Wir waren wirklich überrascht von dem Apartment. Es war alles neu und hatte alles was man sich nur vorstellen und wünschen kann. 2 Flachbildfernseher, eine Riesendusche in einem wunderschönen Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken. Auch die Küche war vollausgestattet. Erwin ist ein ausgezeichneter und netter Vermieter der sich um unsere Fragen immer sofort gekümmert hat. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Die U-Bahn ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und mannst in 10Min in der Stadt. Es gibt gleich um die Ecke einen kleinen und einen Riesensupermarkt. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Top-Appartement für Kurzurlauber

Sehr schönes, modern ausgestattetes Appartement, das von der Einrichtung keine Wünsche offen läßt. Allerdings gibt es im Appatemnet keine Stadtinfos z.B. U-Bahn Plan, Stadtplan etc. Sehr gute Anbindung (200m) mit U-Bahn oder Strassenbahn ins Zentrum; gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, keine Restaurants. Informationen des Vermieters nur auf direkte Nachfrage; es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus gebührenpflichtig sind, Tickets nur in Traffic-Shops und einigen Tankstellen erhältlich (2 € pro Stunde). Das Appartement ist nicht geeignet für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb des Wohnbereichs, da es in einem Innenhof liegt. Wir waren da zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr da - perfekt.
