This place is neighboring the "Yppenplatz", a multicultural nice square with many cafés and restaurants, and the second biggest street market in Vienna, the Brunnenmarkt. Just a few minutes from the city center. It's a perfect stay for couples, business travelers, small groups, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
This is a newly renovated apartment (45 square meters) with 2 sleeping rooms, a small dining room with a smart TV, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Both rooms have a double box bed (160X200cm). A complete kitchen with all the appliances one might need such as dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, water cooker and a Nespresso coffee machine. The atmosphere is clean and light, perfect for a cozy and relaxing time. .
Here you are only 5 minutes from the metro station U6 (Josefstädterstrasse) and Tram Station 2 (Brunnengasse). And about 8 minutes from the tram station 44 (Yppengasse). It's easy to go around!

Super Convenient location

About 5 minutes or less to the U-Bahn and lots of shops, markets and restaurants just steps away. Quiet and clean. Big TV with connections to Netflix etc. Highly recommended

Not a bad place to stay

While the location was fine, close to the train station and basic grocery stores, the area itself wasn’t very clean and inviting. At nights it was pretty loud too. I left an expensive sweater there and when asked multiple times about it, as I was returning to Vienna in a few days and was able to retrieve it, I was told they didn’t find it there! That was disappointing, but it was a cleaning folks issue I guess.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen in vollem Umfang erfüllt. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Verkehrsanbindung waren exzellent. Lediglich die Umgebung ist bzw. war kritisch. El apartamento es tal cual el anuncio. Las camas son muy cómodas y la cocina está equipada. Está en un barrio de mayoría inmigrante y tiene a lado un mercado estupendo en la calle, con muy buenos precios. En tranvía tardas 20min al centro y pasan con bastante frecuencia.

Hat alles super geklappt, Kommunikation war auch sehr zuverlässig und schnell. Lebendige Gegend mit Markt und guter Infrastruktur und guter Anbindung. Wir waren über Sylvester da, da waren die meisten Restaurants am Yppenplatz geschlossen. Es gibt aber mehr als genug andere Möglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Fewo hat moderne, funktionale Einrichtung. Die Haustüre ist zwar nicht gut isoliert, die Heizung funktioniert jedoch gut, aber schade angesichts der Energiekrise.

De très bons rapports avec la propriétaire

Paola nous a grandement facilité le séjour en nous autorisant à déposer nos bagages le jour d’arrivée et de départ. Elle a été très réactive pour venir changé une ampoule. La communication était très agréable.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, frisch IKEA - renoviert, gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kooperativ. Wir waren schon früh in Wien und konnten die Wohnung gleich vormittags beziehen. U6 und Straßenbahn-Stationen sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für einen Sightseeing - Trip nach Wien ist das Appartment absolut empfehlenswert.

Het appartement is modern, functioneel. De badkamer is klein maar wel zuiver en netjes. De inventaris in de keuken is erg onduidelijk. 's Morgens om 7:00 uur begint het leven op straat met het lossen van vrachtwagens voor de plaatselijke dagelijkse markt.

Die Wohnung war sauber und lag in guter Umgebung mit viel Unterhaltung.

Zur Wohnung: Für uns fehlte ein Spiegel im Gwc, Ein TV Gerät und ein Radio. In Ihrer Broschüre war das aufgeführt Aber nicht vorhanden. Wenn dieses vorhanden wäre, würde Diese Wohnung perfekt sein. Denn die Umgebung bittet alles was mann braucht.

Amazing stay!

Really nice apartment in a great location. It was clean and well equipped including some great coffee and a nespresso. Paola was exceptionally helpful in receiving a shipment of urgent medication for us. The extra bed in the loft meant that the 5 of us had a very comfortable stay!

On top of that, I have more than 5 years experience in managing projects in the field of Brazilian contemporary music, helping musicians to find the right sound in their music. I also worked for a wedding planner for over 5 years, supporting clients in finding the right venue, the right setting, music and flower arrangements for their dream marriage. Today, I live in Vienna with my husband and our two lovely children. As a family, we are lucky to own some apartments in the beautiful city of Vienna, which I gladly make a home away from home for our guests, no matter whether the travel for business or pleasure.
