Welcome to our completely remodeled 2BR/2BA home with modern luxury furnishings, washer/dryer, 2 dedicated parkings, business class Internet, Wifi 6 coverage. Centrally located in the heart of silicon valley, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Caltrain station and minutes away from SJC, Convention Center, SAP Center, Levi's Stadium, and downtown San Jose!

We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

Our 2BR/2BA home is completely remodeled (over 400K) in 2021. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, mid-century modern furnishings, AC, laundry room, smart TV, fast mesh network WiFi (~120Mbps), luxurious queen bed (Amerisleep AS2 - over $1,300 Mattress and Tempurpedic Cloud - over $1,700 Mattress), etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.

NOTE: You will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is an attached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance, address and parking. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, so you might see us occasionally working on landscaping or decorating the backyard.

Perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Great place and great host!

The property is very nice and exceeded our expectations. Furniture, beds, Wifi, linen, cookware, were great! The host was very friendly and responded to our needs/concerns immediately. It is listed as 'Sleeps 6', but one should be aware that it is three shared beds, one of them being a futon. The location and neighborhood were great! It is close to all the highways, yet very residential! We enjoyed the neighborhood, taking strolls every day! I would definitely choose this property if I happen to need a place to stay in San Jose again! Oh, forget to mention - the backyard, though small, was very unique and beautiful!

Monday night Football game

The accommodations were nice. Close location to Levi stadium and being in midtown, stores and restaurants were close by. Only critique would be the place could use some new pots and pans for cooking and a new shower head for main bathroom. Somewhat unfortunate that the property next door was doing home improvements and started cutting concrete right outside the window at 7:30 am each morning. My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck.

Super-convenient, elegantly appointed

Clearly some thought went in to decorating the house in a sturdy yet elegant way. On the border of a commercial area and a residential area, it appears to have been a house and then professional offices and now a house again. It had everything we needed and was a short drive to where we needed to go every day.
