Oceanfront with covered patio & private hot tub. Short walk to town shops restaurants and the beach. King master also overlooks the oceanfront. Whispering Waves is right in the heart of downtown, great walkability everywhere. Condos have a pool and workout facility! Enjoy meals in this fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances / gas range. Granite Kitchen & Bath Counters. Rock Fireplace in living room. 1 Short block to easy beach access! 3 Plasma TVs (42 inches, 37 inches and 26 inches), 3 DVDs, Washer/Dryer. Enjoy new sofa! Max 4 guests including visitors. We are working extra hard to sanitize every surface and provide con-tactless check in.

Please avoid single night gaps July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

The property was exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate and the hot tub was wonderful. I absolutely loved the view. The host was extremely responsive and it was great to have the on-site management during the stay. The location makes it an easy walk to the downtown tourist area and a very easy walk to the beach.

The unit is very clean and is exactly what is pictured. The hot tub was a nice amenity to be able to enjoy. The only downside is that there isn't any direct beach access. There's access on either side of block, and the building is in the middle of the block. For people with mobility issues, this isn't a great option for easy beach access.

I'm glad you enjoyed. The condo is advertised as close beach access. However your view is right there above the beach with the great views of the ocean. Beach access is about 1/2 block from the condo which you can also drive down. The condo itself is easy access on the lower level. Hope you can come again.

The unit was very clean and host was responsive. Kitchen was well stocked, however coffee is not provided. Nice to have the hot tub. Beds comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

10/10 views and was peaceful. Short walk to beach access . Great place to stay at for the value. I would suggest to use a1 beach rental so its cheaper also. (VRBO charges 86) Basic amenties for the kitchen not glamourous but got by with the pots and pans that where there. Cleanliness was good some areas need some touch ups. Only a few downfalls The chlorine in the hot tub was overpowering it made my eyes burn. And the room we had could use a new bed .

Everything was very nice! We’ve stayed at this condo place before, just on another floor. Host was nice and easy to contact if need be. Luckily there were no issues with the stay! Lovely area and view. Would stay again. If I had to make one change it would be more comfortable pillows on one of the beds.

Enjoyed our stay and was a great view of the ocean and waves. We did have issues with the patio door which we had seen in other reviews. The maintenance guy had to come show us how it worked. Also couldn’t get the smaller tv to work but saw it only worked for DVDs which there were none of, so if you or kids that you bring want ch TV bring some DVDs. Enjoyed the time we had there.

We loved our stay at this property! The views out the windows and from the porch were fantastic. Being able to sit in a covered hot tub and watch the waves crash was excellent. The weather cooperated, but we had the reassurance of knowing the hot tub was under cover. Access to the beach was a short walk away, as well. Very comfortable and enjoyable time!

Great place but back door is a safety hazard.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved everything about this condo except for the back door which was impossible to open. Manager sent 3 different people and only the locksmith could open it and that’s because he’d worked on it before. It worked after he made some repairs but the door clearly needs replaced. It is a safety hazard as if there was a fire or other emergency, the front door was the only option. As much as my friend and I enjoyed our time there, I wouldn’t go again if door not replaced. Manager was terrific in trying to resolve the issue but we did miss one of three nights in enjoying the patio.

The space was comfortable and the location is fantastic! The host was responsive and helpful. The only drawback was the little extras that seem more common with vacation rentals were sparse-- no spices, coffee/tea in the kitchen, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom-- so we ended up having to buy some things. But overall, a great stay!
