There are three bedrooms with access to the garden (one of which is a walk-through room) and two bathrooms. On the plot you will find covered seating areas, a barbecue, a volleyball court, table soccer and table tennis. The pool area with terraces and sun loungers is also fenced. From everywhere you can enjoy a wide view over the olive groves into the picturesque countryside as far as Arezzo.



Stroll through the central Corso in Arezzo, which leads you up into the old town to the cathedral. There are at least three churches worth seeing in Arezzo: the cathedral itself, the medieval "Pieve" and the church of San Francesco with the famous fresco cycle by Piero della Francesca. On the first weekend of every month, the entire old town comes alive with the large national antiques market, and in June and September, the Saracino equestrian games take place in Piazza Grande. Other excursion destinations: The picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona (30 km), Monte San Savino and Lucignano (20-25 km); the Casentino Nature Park with its castles and forests; Poppi for golfing (40 km); Sansepolcro for a leisurely stroll (40 km); Montepulciano (60 km) for wine tasting. Siena with the most beautiful square in the world, the "Campo" (80 km), can be reached in less than an hour's drive. The owner will be happy to cook you typical Tuscan dishes by prior arrangement. The nearest village Giovi with stores, restaurant and bar is 1.5 km away.
