Cosy, rustic, comfortable single-family house "L'Oasi del Poggio". 5 km from the centre of Subbiano, 20 km from the centre of Arezzo, in a quiet position on top of a hill. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 3.6 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Subbiano" 4.7 km, railway station "Subbiano" 6 km, sandy beach "Riviera Romagnola" 150 km, bathing lake "Lago Trasimeno" 83 km. Nearby attractions: Anghiari 26 km, Caprese Michelangelo 27 km, Parco Nazionale Foreste Casentinesi 32 km, Castiglion Fiorentino 36 km, Cortona 47 km, Firenze 100 km. Please note: car recommended.
