Welcome to Seabreeze Key Largo! Don't look any further for your perfect vacation destination. This property is a 4/2 dream home surrounded by million dollar properties. Located just 1 block away from an amazing community park and water park. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath each with a queen bed. Downstairs has two bedrooms with two twin beds in one room, a queen bed in the other and a full bath. Each floor has a sofa bed for extra room. Only exterior staircase connect 1st and 2nd floor. The home has a private 80ft dock to accommodate large boats. Deep canal for large yachts. After a long day out at sea, take a dip into the beautiful pool and relax. You can entertain and enjoy the breeze under the gazebo, fully equipped with barbeque, sink, wine cooler, refrigerator, and icemaker. This is a great home for families, getaways, corporate vacations, fishing trips and anything to enjoy and celebrate. Monthly reservations only. Please inquire, reservations must be approved.
Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $300 pet fee that is non-refundable. Max 2 pets. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Great property

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Very clean, neat and the property manager is very responsive. If you have a boat, it has a perfect docking set up. Close to the park for evening walks and a great place to let the kids play.

Very Happy 4th at Seabreeze

We had a great time staying at Seabreeze during the week of the 4th. Seabreeze is a wonderful home in a convenient and walkable community. Morayma is a great host and very responsive and hospitable. We recommend staying at Seabreeze!

Wonderful stay

We loved this home. Ideal for boaters who want east access to the open ocean. They also had so many goodies for the kids to play with. The outdoor space was large and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to stay again.

Sea Breeze was a breath of fresh air

Our stay in Key Largo was wonderful and the home that we stayed in was perfect. Extremely well equipped, centrally located and beautifully decorated, Morayma was a fantastic host. We hope to return again.

SEABREEZE IS 10 STARS!!!!!!!

Pictures and description of Seabreeze doesn't do it justice. The Ramos family went over and above to ensure our stay at their beautiful home left nothing to want for. From the beautiful welcome basket, fresh flowers throughout, bathrobes and slippers in every room, games, tennis rackets, basketball hoop, ping pong table, pool floats, beach towels, even every size battery if needed. They have thought about and anticipated every detail and possible needs. Seabreeze is beautifully appointed and immediately feels like home. Your home. The location is amazing, close to everything by car. A public park is walking distance with tennis, frisbee golf, walking trail or you could ride one of the four bikes at the house. We loved Kayaking and Paddle Boarding down the canal to the ocean. Both included with your rental. Morayma was available to answer any questions we had. The gated in property was incredible for our dogs. Oh yes. Pets are allowed. They felt they were home too. We will definitely stay again and recommend Seabreeze to everyone. The best VRBO we've ever experienced. Thank you Ramos Family for creating the perfect home and sharing it with us.
