Das Besteck, der Toaster, die Kaffeekanne und der Wasserkocher waren nicht 100% sauber; sonst alles Sauber. Die hintere Eingangstür hat gequitscht; nach einem kurzen und freundlichen Telefonat wurde das unmittlbar am nächsten Tag behoben. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne sehr gut weiterempfehlen, da auch die U-Bahnverbindung in die Stadt gut ist.

Kurzes Resumee

Leider war der U-Bahnhof Legien-Strasse geschlossen, sodass für Ortsunkundige die Erschliessung der anvisierten Ziele oft umständlich war. Da die meisten der auf der Strasse anzutreffenden Menschen der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig waren, war auch das Erlangen einer Auskunft schwierig. Letztendlich haben wir zu 95% unsere Vorhaben erreicht, zumal es das Hamburgwetter durchgängig gut mit uns gemeint hat. Vielleicht wieder einmal. Moin, moin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Leider kamen die Informationen vom Portal völlig unzureichend an. Aber in einem Telefonat mit Frau Angela C. konnte alles schnell geklärt werden. Die Telefonate mit Frau Angela C. sind immer sehr freundlich, alles kann unproblematisch geregelt werden. Der Informationsfluss vom Portal dagegen müsste noch deutlich verbessert werden. Es gab keinen Hinweis auf die Schlüsselübergabe. Der Code für die Anlage wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück wurden erwähnt, die es aber gar nicht gibt….

Klein aber fein

Die FeWo in Billstedt hat alles was man braucht und ist gut gepflegt. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt mit der U-Bahn ist sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Hamburg sehr genossen.

Schöne, für 2 ausreichend große Unterkunft in ruhiger Gegend

Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Check-in lief kontaktlos ab, der Schlüssel war in einem Safe mit Zahlenkombination hinterlegt. Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet, alternative Zahlungsmöglichkeit zur Kreditkarte angeboten. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, ca. eine viertel Stunde mit der U-Bahn ab Landungsbrücken, dann noch 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Wohnung. Ein Bus hält aber auch um die Ecke. Einzig der etwas laute Kühlschrank und die laut brummende Lüftungsanlage des innenliegenden Badezimmers sind negativ zu erwähnen. Alles in allem aber eine schöne, für unsere Zwecke ausreichende Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Eine schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung aber für ein paar Tage ausreichend ausgestated. Perfekter Anschluss an das ÖPNV. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles wie beschrieben und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage für HVV Verbindungen

Die Einrichtung dieses Objekts ist nicht sehr hochwertig aber sauber und mit Grundausstattung an Geräten und Geschirr versehen. Langschläfer sollten sich allerdings nach einer anderen Wohnung umsehen, denn die Morgensonne erhellt auch bei herunterglassenen Jalousien gnadenlos den Raum. Perfekt ist die Lage zu den Öffis. Bushaltestelle in 150 Metern und eine Haltestelle zur U_Bahn. Trotz Strasse vor der Haustür hält sich der Lärm in Grenzen. Mit kleinen Einschränkungen also empfehlenswert.

Gute Ferienwohnung nicht weit vom HH Zentrum

Die drei Wohnungen hinter dem Haupthaus sind sehr gut. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hilfsbereite, nette Managerinnen. Eine Unschönheit: Die Wohnung lässt sich nur schlecht verdunkeln. Ein Problem: Das WLAN streikt, sobald mehr als eine der sechs Wohnungen belegt ist.

Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet (alles vorhanden, was man zum Frühstück machen benötigt) und ordentlich. Die Lage ist zentral und nur 7 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Der Ortsteil Horn ist nicht "so schön", aber für einen Hamburg Trip i. O. , da man dort ja nur übernachtet und ansonsten unterwegs ist. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wunderbar geeignet für eine Hamburg-Erkundung

Tolle Ausstattung und Lage! 10 Minuten zur UB-Bahn-Station Legienstraße, damit ist man Ruckzuck in der Innenstadt (die Hamburg Card lohnt sich in jedem Fall). Zudem schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen wieder!

Hallo, Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Parkplätze gibt es leider nicht hinter dem Haus, sondern vorne an der Straße. Da muss man aber auch erstmal das Glück haben direkt dort einen zu bekommen.
