Wandsbek ist toll

Die FeWo liegt im Wohngebiet mehr oder weniger im Grünen, aber fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem ÖPnV. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten in Hamburg.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Domizil jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Allerdings nicht geeignet für gehbehinderte Personen, da die Wohnung nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist.

Zum Hafengeburtstag in Hamburg

Wandsbeker Markt mit U-Bahn , großer Busstation , Möglichkeiten zum Essen zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen . Verbindung in die Hamburger City und zu den Landungsbrücken perfekt . Bin immer noch von der HVV begeistert . Pünktlich und schnell ! Wohnung liegt im Grünen , genial für 2 Personen . Waren 5 Nächte da und waren sehr zufrieden . Parkmöglichkeiten ausserhalb der Berufszeiten , genügend vorhanden . Wenn die Möglichkeit besteht werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen. Hinweis : Treppen zur Wohnung . Cosy and comfortable

The holiday apartment met all our needs and was a lovely place to return to and relax in after our days out. We appreciated the view of the autumn trees from the apartment and the wildlife we saw which included a red squirrel and a nuthatch! Having all the amenities and nature close by was a highlight. As return visitors, the apartment did not disappoint. Thank you.

Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung

Die Unterkunft war super. Wir haben unseren HH-Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man schaut nur ins Grüne und die U-Bahn-Station ist auch nicht weit (wenn man den nächsten Aufgang Richtung FeWo erwischt ;-). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil man eine nahegelgene große Straße hört, auch durch das geschlossene Fenster. Aber da es ein sehr gleichmäßiges Geräusch ist, hat es uns nicht groß gestört.

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett schön, neu und stimmig eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber und gemütlich. Der Eincheckvorgang war absolut unkompliziert und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiteremofehlen. (gewohnt haben dort meine Schwiegereltern, ich gebe hier ihre Worte wieder).

Praktische Lage, schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne, helle Wohnung, die all unsere Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse erfüllt hat! Auf den Straßenlärm des nahe gelegenen Rings waren wir zum Glück vorbereitet.. Es war tatsächlich schwierig bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen! Aber die Nähe zur U-Bahn und die ansonsten schöne Wohngegend hat uns entschädigt :-) In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, die Handtücher rochen toll!! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Hamburg erleben!

Wohnen am Park und trotzdem nur wenige Meter zum zentralen Wandsbeker Markt machen das Objekt attraktiv und Urlauber finden tatsächlich einen Parkplatz. Hinweis nur für die Agentur: Es fehlen wenigstens noch ein paar Abendbrotteller und ein zweites Geschirrhandtuch bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Die Deckenbeleuchtung funktioniert nur teilweise.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Hamburg zu genießen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Grünen. Trotz der Nähe der Hauptstraße und der Bahngleise war es erstaunlich ruhig. In wenigen Geh-Minuten ist das Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn zu erreichen. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Helle saubere Wohnung am Stadtrand von Hamburg

Die Wohnung ist serhr hell und sauber. Die Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung verlief völlig unkompliziert und problemlos. Das Parken von Pkw kein Problem, es sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Mit dem Pkw in die Innenstadt fährt man ca 20 - 25 Minuten je nach Verkehrslage. Zur U-Bahn sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, zur S-Bahn zwei MInuten länger. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jedweder Art im 10-15 Minuten Umkreis zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wollte man etwas Negatives sagen, dann vielleicht, daß keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist und das WLAN äußerst schwach ist. Zumindest in unserer Dachwohnung. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Wohnung Nummer 6 für 6 Tage/5 Nächte

Schöne lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe (U-Bahn, Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Polizeistation...) Check in und Check out absolut unkompliziert. Ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die anderen Parkplätze drumrum sind öffentlich und kostenlos, aber vormittags komplett belegt. Das WLAN ist sehr problematisch. Der Sanitärbereich ist sauber ( Handtücher in ausreichender Menge und Fön vorhanden). Der Küche würde eine Grundreinigung gut zu Gesicht stehen. Ist zwischenzeitlich von einem Fettfilm überzogen. Defekter Rauchmelder und der eine oder andere Heizkörper könnte entlüftet werden. Trotz der konstruktiven Kritikpunkte empfehle ich die Wohnung weiter, da die positiven Aspekte absolut überwiegen.

Mit Blick ins Grüne und kurze Wege zum Einkauf und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Schöne Wohnung und zentral gelegen . Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt. Ein Pkw ist nicht erforderlich um überall hin zu kommen. Für Naturliebhaber ist der Wanderweg entlang des Flüsschen Wandse sowohl zur Alster hin als auch in die andere Richtung sehr zu empfehlen.

Très agréable

Appartement bien agencé, bien équipé, impeccablement propre et très lumineux. L'espace 'nuit' n'est pas séparé du reste de l'appartement mais ce n'est pas un problème vu la configuration des lieux. Tous commerces à proximité. Très facile de rejoindre le centre avec le métro tout proche (station Wandsbek Markt à une petite dizaine de minutes à pied). Rue et immeuble très calmes.
