Steps away are the updated community pool, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, and free Diamond Peak shuttle stop during ski season.
4 minute walk to Lake, 15 minute walk to private Incline beaches, Hyatt Resort Casino, and restaurants. Also near golf courses, Rim Trail, fitness center. Permit WSTR 000281-APP-2021
The space
Enter via the landscaped grounds up a few steps onto a charming front patio where you can relax with coffee, tea or a glass of wine during the warm season while watching Steller’s Jays, Robins, Lodgepole Chipmunks, bunnies frolic.

Enjoy the lovely mountain-themed great room with built-in banquette and table that seats 8, leather sofa and reclining chair, custom built-in bookshelves and entertainment center with a Tahoe stone surround fireplace and extra-wide screened sliding glass door.

Cook and entertain in the fully stocked kitchen with toaster oven and slow cooker, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher, cookware for cooking and baking, multiple wine glass sets, and three high-top chairs at the bar.

The master suite is on the ground floor with a queen bed, pine furniture offering tons of storage and a full bath with a shower-tub that has gripper rails for safety.

Upstairs are the second and third bedrooms, one has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and the other a queen sized bed, washer and dryer and a second full bath with shower-tub.

The host was very responsive and the apartment was very comfortable for 6 ppl. It is conveniently located close to the lake, all shops and diamond peak ski resort. The hot tub and sauna were a happy treat at the end of the day!
