Chic city apartment in the center of St. spiral

Our apartment is located at Balduinstraße 4 in the center of the historic old town of St. Wendel, right next to the Gothic basilica.
The town house, built around 1700, is located in the pedestrian zone of the city. An underground parking space is available at a distance of approx. 150m (Josefstraße 12). The house has been completely renovated in recent years and adapted to today's circumstances. The rooms are heated by gas central heating.

Access to the 139 m2 chic city apartment is in the alley, which leads down from the basilica to the town hall in Schloßstraße.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) with dining area.
From a cozy reading and play room you have a view along the south side of the basilica in the direction of Upper Town and to the south towards the Evangelical Church. A small stereo system with CD player is installed in the reading and play room. Internet access via WLAN is available.
The living-dining room with a view of the basilica, fruit market and old town hall (parquet floor) has a modern seating area and a dining area with a round (extendable) table. The usual cable television programs can be received on a flat screen.

In the 2nd On the first floor of the house are the bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms + a children's room) and the bathroom.
In the modern children's room there is room for two preschoolers. A changing table for babies, buggy, child seat and toys are available.
The bathroom has a comfortable seat shower, toilet and wash basin set. A 2nd Toilet is in the entrance area. A washing machine is installed in the bathroom. Hair dryer and towels are available.
Next to the bathroom there is a small bedroom furnished with a French double bed (140 x 200 cm).
Located above the living room on the first floor - also with a view of the basilica, fruit market and old town hall - is the elegantly furnished large bedroom with a walk-in closet.
