Located in the Crozats district, the Alpages I residence slightly overlooks the resort while offering direct access to the center of Avoriaz, a pedestrian resort.
The residences enjoy an exceptional, quiet location while being a stone's throw from the center of the resort. Escalators allow you to reach the main street of Avoriaz in a few minutes to enjoy its activities and shops.
The Crozats district allows you to quickly reach all the different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area. A track makes it easy to return on skis directly in front of the neighborhood's residences.
Surface area : about 25 m². 4th floor. Orientation : North. Living room with BZ-sofa. Bedroom with double bed (140*190). Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (90*190). Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (à filtre et nespresso), oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, , 2 induction cooking rings. Separated WC. Shower room. Balcony. washing machine. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
