Absolutely Perfect Key West Stay!

Cannot say enough great things about this property! Just the absolute best location right off Duval (but still somehow quiet) with a semi private pool, gorgeous flowers and trees, even iguanas. Just what we needed to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. We didn't get in a car one time - everything was walkable. Highly recommend!!

Rose Lane Villas are located almost at the heart of Duvall Street. Very close to all the pubs and walkable distance to Mallory square. The location enables you to actually enjoy the night life at key West. One qualm I had was that the house is a little run down. The place had some molds and the rooms we so small. But the place is well run. Property management are quick to respond and very helpful. If you plan to enjoy the night life of key West and just head home to sleep then this is value for money.. Old

The property was exactly as pictured. My adult son was visiting for Thanksgiving, so it was nice that I had my own separate room and bathroom. He had the front bedroom and living room access to come and go. Incredibly convenient to Duval Street and loved the fact that I never heard any late night parties. Having a place to park my car was great!

Rose Lane Villas is the perfect location. Close to Duval street and Mallory Square. The unit and common area were clean perfect for our stay. They cleaned the pool every day. We will use Rose Lane Villas for our next stay.

Great Location

Wonderful location for all of the restaurants, etc. in Old Town. The unit was nice but a little dated. It would have been nice to have a few little kitchen items such as salt/pepper for cooking. The unit was very quiet except for the cleaners slamming the storage door adjacent to our unit. Might want to think about some sort of closure to prevent the constant slamming of the door. I would recommend Rose Villa for future visits to Key West.

Rose Lane Villas - Villa Aqua

This was the first time visiting Key West and the Villa Aqua exceeded our expectations. The Villa was perfect for me and my husband and another couple that stayed with us. Having the pool right outside our door was a plus, as it was hot outside! The proximity to Duval Street made it so convenient - we didn't have to drive anywhere. We would love to stay and plan to on our next visit!

We loved this place! It was so nice to stay close to Duval street in the middle of the action but in place that was hidden and quiet. The pool as a lot of action and we met a great group of other guests that are now friends. We’ll be back!
