The 'suite at Huus' is a lovingly decorated 57 m² apartment with style and historical charm. Central and tranquil location in the village of volksdorf, this suite is a little oasis.
One has the feeling of being completely immersed in it and still enjoy the quiet in the small side street "village corner" - a few steps from the main shopping street.

The 'suite at Huus' is located on the first floor of the building of the former "old coffee roaster" and is a two-room apartment.
The main room in which the double bed (180cm) is open to the living area with couch / TV and with wall dividing into the dining area with kitchenette over.
The apartment is therefore ideal for 1-2 people, but with the small further bedroom can accommodate a total of 4 guests. In this room, the stackable bed can be used by one person or placed side by side as 2 flat beds.

The charm of the building is reflected in the upscale amenities of the apartments with a country-flair.
The bright spacious interior, the open-plan kitchen area and two large sunny balconies invite you to linger.

A separate side entrance and a curved wooden staircase lead directly into the main room of the apartment.

On the ground floor is the small Bistro Cafe 'huus no. 5' is that the beginning of December 2015 reopened. The we have known opening times this bistro are: Tues - Fri 11: 30-15: 00 and 18:00 to 22:00,
Saturday: 18:00 - 23:00 h. Is closed on Mondays.
Due to the bistro activity can lead to noise in the suite.


there are no 100m to museum village with its historic thatched houses and some excellent restaurants. Metro Station volksdorf stands 250 meters, the "White Rose" - guests will at Dorfmittelpunkt- which opened two days large weekly market, cinema, library and the leisure pool with sauna each foot within about 200m.
The "Villa" (the well-known former "Viennese coffee house") with excellent cakes and buffets located in the immediate vicinity.

Volksdorf is distinguished by its beautiful hiking and biking trails in a natural environment.

The 'suite at Huus' you will find a stylish, lovingly furnished gem with a special flair in the heart of the district.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Volksdorf

wir haben die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. die Wohnung selbst war toll, sauber, schick... viele Cafes in der Nähe und Volksdorf ist herrlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben die Wohnung schon anderen empfohlen. Dankeschön!!!

Toller Kurzurlaub, tolles Appartement!

Wir waren eine Woche in Hamburg und hatten uns absichtlich für eine Unterkunft außerhalb des Zentrums entschieden.Jeannines Appartement in Volksdorf ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine hervorragende Anbindung an die U-Bahn (5 min zu Fuß, dann eine gute halbe Stunde bis ins Zentrum alle 10 min).Parken in Nähe des Appartements war kein Problem.Volsdorf ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und einem tollen Wochenmarkt (Mi Sa).Es ist auch ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung (Timmendorfer Strand, Schwerin).Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. An wirklich alles war gedacht. Jeannine war eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sich für den Check-in viel Zeit genommen und uns sowohl zum Appartement als auch zu Volksdorf alles erklärt.Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man eine schmale, steile Stiege emporsteigen, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellte.Das Café unterhalb des Appartements war während unseres Besuchs geschlossen (Betreiberwechsel), so dass wir dazu dazu keine Beurteilung abgeben können.Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Super Wohnung!

Ganz Toll. Die Anbindung war Super. Mit der U1 in ca. Einer halben Stunde am Hauptbahnhof. Keine 5 minuten Fußmarsch zur U-Bahn. Sehr saubere Wohnung und alles da was man braucht. Volksdorf ist ein ganz toller Vorort. Den Wochenmarkt kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal und sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung entsprechen zu 100% der Wohnung in Natura vor Ort. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung übertrifft eine normale Ferienwohnungausstattung bei Weitem. Alles in allem, eine gemütliche, schön eingerichtete Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Hamburg mit einer sehr, sehr netten Vermieterin. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hervorragend gelegen im Zentrum von Volksdorf

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Vermieterin hat sich Gedanken gemacht was ein Gast benötigen könnte. Die Parksituation ist tagsüber schwierig. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist ziemlich steil und schmal.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, allerdings mit Kleinkind absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die Treppe war sehr, sehr steil . Die im Schrank liegende Treppen - Absicherung wurde leider nicht befestigt. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Empfehle die Wohnung gerne für Paare ohne Kinder.

Sehr schöne und funktionale Wohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist gut geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt benötigen könnte. Die Vermieterin, Frau Lefèvre, ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat die Vermietung akkurat bearbeitet und alle unsere Fragen spontan beantwortet. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Domizil.

A quaint apartment in the town of volksdorf. Everything right at your door steps with plenty of Restaurants, Coffee shops, Woods and Rails and Buses right around the corner. You can get into the inner city in less than 1/2 hour. Thank you Jeannine for making our vaction very relaxing, loved those 2 Balconies.

Prima für den Kurzurlaub!

Das Appartment ist sehr zentral in Volksdorf gelegen. Es ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Lediglich, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer kein abgeschlossener Raum ist, sondern zur Wohnküche hin offen ohne Tür, war uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst. Die Abwicklung der Buchung, Übergabe und Rücknahme waren völlig unkompliziert. Alles in allem können wir das Appartment sehr gut weiter empfehlen.
