Two living rooms include one Samsung Smart TV and Sony Stereo. Brand new kitchen with built in microwave, 5 burner stove, dishwasher and toaster. The bathroom has walk-in shower and bluetooth speaker. 1 King size bed and 2 queen beds. Dining room for 6 connected to the spacious sitting and living rooms.

1st floor 3 bedroom unit with front porch seating (cushions in front closet) and private backyard.

Note: There is an Exterior Front Door Ring Camera Light

- 10 pm Quiet Hour
- Only registered guests in the apartment
- Please park on the street Tuesday and Wednesday so we can roll totes to the curb for pickup Wednesdays
- Maximum of 1 pet dog is allowed at $75/pet/stay, please make sure they are clean, clean up the yard after them, stay off the furniture, and are kept crated if left alone.
- Maximum 4 adults
- Please bring in the porch cushions when not in use so the cats don't make a mess
- Please use bathroom fan during and after showers
-* Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone caught smoking will be fined $500
- I only accept guests 25 years old above
- Late check-out fee: $25 for each half hour after 11 am.
- $20 for each guest after 4 per night

Home away from home!

The home was absolutely comfortable and accommodating for my 2 sisters and me! We loved the family rooms to gather and having private bedrooms. The location was central to Niagara Falls and Buffalo. The property manager was quick to reply to messages and helpful. We will definitely be staying again! We highly recommend this home!
