In the heart of the Bas Quercy, discover this old family barn, carefully renovated by its owners, who have chosen to keep the atypical aspect of the architecture of the place. Nestled in the green Lotus countryside, overlooked by oak woods, the gîte has been tastefully fitted out, perfectly enhancing the beautiful volumes of the house. The brightness offered by the bay windows on the ground floor is most pleasing and the best part is that it combines aesthetics and accessibility to the greatest number. Discover the Moulin de Boisse 2 km away, one of the few windmills still in operation and full of other sites to visit nearby! Come and enjoy with family or friends the calm and the song of the cicadas for your holidays!Gîte of 180 m² with on the ground floor a fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, a laundry room, a shower room (PRM access, Italian shower), a bedroom (1 double bed in 160, PRM access) and a sports room. On the attic floor, discover three bedrooms: two bedrooms with 3 single beds (90 cm) each (adjustable, can be converted into 180 cm) and another with a double bed (160 cm). You also have a shower room, a mezzanine and a separate toilet. Central heating and internet/wifi access. It is equipped with a terrace, with a swimming pool, with a garage and with a parking lot. Ping-Pong, petanque ground and barbecue. The whole ground floor and the outside are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Reduced prices for 2 weeks.
