    We had a great stay. The property was very clean, the host was extremely communicative and the location was right on the main street behind the bbq restaurant. This would be a great place to stay for a couple or small family. Would highly recommend.

    The location was a little hard to find, but honestly once we found it, it was wonderful. The place is very spacious, and very comfortable, and the fact a washer and dryer is there is very helpful. The bed is also very nice!

    Great stay, VERY clean, centrally located to anything we needed! Short stay in lake city for some hiking, communication was excellent and anyone looking for a stay in lake city, I would recommend. Bonus was the incredible barbecue outside your door!

    Absolutely perfect!

    The apartment is wonderful! Loved the full kitchen, fully stocked with Kureig and coffee pods. Also really loved having a washer and dryer on the premises.

    Right in downtown Lake City.

    The apartment was immaculate with up to date furnishings. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The owner thought of everything. There was a coffee carafe and a Keurig along with a basket of pod samples. We were able to check in early without any problem. We were able to walk to all the restaurants. We would rent this apartment again.

    Perfect location. Perfect for our group of 4. We brought our 2 dogs as well and it was great. Very clean and the people where very friendly and helped with anything we needed.

    Fantastic stay at Lake City, five stars in every category! The place is brand new, sparkling clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend, and hope to come back again!

    Clean and nice space

    The space was perfect for just 2 of us. Everything was super easy. Host communication was great. Our GPS took us to the wrong place, but the directions and info given by the host prior to check in made it easy to find.

    Property was clean and newly remodeled. Location is within walking distance of restaurants and Lake City Brewing. Summer is the best time to visit as more restaurants would be open.
