It is an ideal address for sinners, in particular since the gîte is located 800 meters from the Lot river. Living room with fireplace, open fitted kitchen. Upstairs, 3 attic bedrooms (1 bed 0.90m, 2 beds 1.40m), bathroom and separate WC. Electric heating. Outside, open land of 1000m² shared with the owners, private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. free WIFI. Animals accepted free of charge
