Gîte restored in the style of the country, located at an altitude of 480m, leaning against an old outbuilding. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (10m x 5m). All shops 7km away, castles, hiking trails around, Loubressac, Autoire, Carennac. The owners will make you discover their activities of peasants - baker in Bio. On the ground floor: living room with insert fireplace, fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m, 1 cot), shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), mezzanine (double sofa bed). Wood-fired central heating. Outside: parasol, deck chairs, enclosed courtyard, climbing frame for children, enclosed grounds, badminton ground, swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30 subject to weather conditions (use of the swimming pool to be confirmed at the time of booking). Peulé bag of 15 kg 5 euros.
