Beachfront, kid friendly. June 20th to 27th & Aug 22nd to 29th. Weekly rentals.

Come discover this gem on Little Hills Lake, steps away from the water on a full recreational lake. Private location on a dead end road. Large kitchen with wet bar and wine refrigerator. Livingroom with cozy gas fireplace, if needed!! Master bedroom with deck facing the lake. 4 more bedrooms and upper family room with pullout and full size futon. Plenty of sleeping spaces. 4 bathrooms to accommodate a large group. Summer weeks Saturday to Saturday only, starting June 13th through August 29 2026. Special deal for a 3 night stay, Saturday August 29th to Friday September 3rd.
Memorial Day and Labor Day week-ends 3 night minimum. Off season is a 2 night minimum. Make memories on the lake. Guests have use of swim raft, water slide, private pier, row boat, 2 paddle boats, 2 kayaks and stand up paddle
board. Hot tub!! Upper and lower porches, fire pit right by the lake. Pontoon Rentals are available ask about rates.
Pet friendly(dogs) $100.00 fee per pet-add at check out.

Great stay for relaxed long weekend!

Beautiful views from so many balconies and outside decks and patios. We were outside both rain and shine! Kayak, boat, firepit and grill availability was perfect for our family. Hosts very accommodating and kind.

Great family place

The house is beautiful and roomy. The early morning fishing is great, we caught 9”+ bluegills! We love the slide and splash pad. Jay and Sandra are wonderful hosts.

We had a great time staying at this house on the lake. Wonderful swimming area. Fishing was fantastic. My son caught a 30” catfish and a 10” bluegill, along with smaller bluegill and perch. Jay and Sandra are wonderful hosts.

The house was very clean and organized everything that could possibly be needed for a week away was already provided. The only concern was a lack of parking for multiple vehicles as you could not fit more than three maybe four in the drive area. There is additional parking, but it is down the street a bit. The house itself is right on the lake so you can walk out the basement door and either jump in the hot tub or walk straight into the water. This presented an issue on bringing items into the house as there are many stairs as the actual driveway is located approximately the same level as the second floor. As long as you’re not in a wheelchair or crutches, it’s not an issue. There is a wonderful back deck facing the lake on every level of the home. There’s an additional deck off the master bedroom on the second floor that is completely private. This is a great getaway for any size group from small or large. There’s a complete full kitchen with enough dishes and glassware to support up to 16 people. There are additional appliances in refrigerator in freezer in the basement as well as those located in the kitchen. This was an excellent vacation for me and my family. My only regret was we only booked it for a week as I could’ve stayed there all summer.

Comfortable cottage right on the Lake

We found the cottage beautiful and as shown. The owners were nearby and resonded quickly to questions. We meant it to be a family vacation but ended up just two. It would have worked well for the original eight planned. Too bad it ended with the big storm. We recommend this rental.
