Cottage was gorgeous! Loved the deck with the awning, extra lawn chairs, water toys…Can’t wait to go back next year. Check in and boat rental was no problem. Everything went smoothly.

Perfect Getaway

This was our second year staying at this beautiful lake house, and it was just as perfect as we remembered! Best short vacation ever!

I have rented on this lake the last 4 years. This place is a better fit for my family. It's safer. More railings, steps to pier and into lake are not so steep and have railings. Maybe a face washcloth in each bathroom would be nice. Also extra toilet paper in each bath would be nice. The holder in the master bath is coming koose from the wall. I honestly didn't do it. I noticed when I was changing the roll. Hope to rent for many years to come.downstairs

My wife Molly and our 2 children live have lived in Wautoma for 10 years together. Our Manager Amanda has been in Wautoma and surrounding area most of her life. I personally have spent the majority of my life in Wautoma. The only times I have been away were for college, 3 military 6+ month deployments, and other shorter military assignments. I enjoy hunting, fishing, basketball, playing cards and most of all being on the water. We got started in real estate by flipping a house, which led to long term rentals, that led to buying and renting short term lake houses and now hosting for others as well. I enjoy helping people get out of the normal day hustle and bustle and provide a relaxing getaway. Knowing the area extremely well I can provide excellent recommendations for places to go, entertainment, and local cuisine to satisfy almost any appetite.

Why they chose this property

Having a place right on the edge of Silver Lake is amazing. Silvercrest Supper Club has a beach and sand bar a quarter mile down the shore. Moose Inn Supper club just down the road the other direction has sand volleyball courts and a summer league that brings in huge crowds and lots of fun.

What makes this property unique

Our property is right on the edge of the water just a few steps away. Sandy frontage is great for families that want to dip their toes in the water or swim in a shallow safe spot. The interior of the house has spacious rooms and bedrooms to spread out.
