This well appointed, 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, open floor plan condominium is located in the exclusive guard-gated community of Club Marena. The convenient private garage makes it easy to store your surfboards and hang your wetsuits. The condo is an end unit, so it feels especially private, with no passing foot traffic. There is an extra twin bed in the flex space, in addition to the queen beds in both bedrooms.

Enjoy magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the large, furnished, south-facing balcony, overlooking Descanso Bay. As a guest, you will have full access to the semi-private surf break on the point at k38.5. Soak up the sun by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or just stay in and enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the master retreat.

Smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom are ready for you to log in with your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other accounts. There is a collection of games and interesting books to keep you entertained as well. Both the living room and master bedroom have a fireplace to keep you cozy. Tennis courts and pickle ball are on the grounds, if you are feeling competitive.

The spectacular Valle de Guadalupe wine region, a short 45 minutes away, makes for an ideal day trip excursion. Whether feasting on lobster dinner in Puerto Nuevo, shopping for local crafts or horseback riding on the beach in Rosarito, hiking the nearby peak of Cerro Coronel, or seeking out the numerous options for local craft beer and tacos… there is no shortage of interesting diversions to keep you occupied.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave the garage door remote on the kitchen counter for the next guests.
If you used the fireplace, turn the gas off at the main valve by turning the valve key fully clockwise.
Stack the patio furniture cushions in the living room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Access to the condo is allowed, only for the guests named in the rental agreement. No additional guests are permitted access to the condo at any time.
No children under the age of 16 allowed. No pets. No smoking.
Please use the private garage to store your surfboards, and to change in and out of your wetsuit. No hanging of towels or garments from the balcony.

awesome weekend

We have stayed at @ 5-6 places nearby and my wife said this was her favorite. The happier my wife is the more I get to visit this incredible spot. Love how this end unit faces the surf. Also the private garage is a perk compared to other units since the complex doesn't like wet wetsuits in the elevator.

Exactly as advertised. This unit located at K38 is well stocked, nicely decorated and has amazing views. We specifically love this location for the surfing but we also love the safety and comfort of staying at club Marena. The owner has added little touches like a pair of binoculars, yoga mats and an awesome surf changing area in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked, couches were comfy and they had nice patio furniture for the deck overlooking the ocean.

One of the best places you could stay

Todd’s place is unreal. I’ve stayed at club marena 3 times in three different properties and Todd’s was easily my favorite. It’s much bigger than you’d expect, has incredible views, and was all around just an awesome time. Highly recommended.

I grew up an hour away from Mexico. My first trip to Baja was in junior high school, riding dirt bikes near the beach in La Bocana. I was enamored with the food, the adventure, and the rustic scenery from the start. I started surfing at k38, in high school, well before this condo of mine was even built. To own a small piece of paradise, where I originally fell in love with Baja, is an incredible blessing. To share it with other guests is even more amazing.

Why they chose this property

Club Marena is the perfect spot for me. Living in a gated condo association with 24 hour security and continuously maintained facilities, brings a lot of piece of mind. I feel centrally located to all of the best that northern Baja has to offer. The other owners in the community are friendly, and guests here understand that Club Marena is more about enjoying a relaxed version of the good life, not creating a constant party atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

Nothing beats the views from the balcony of my condo. A cup of coffee and a sunrise to start the morning, watching the surfers riding waves all day, and cocktail hour at sunset, make everyday feel special. The south-facing arrangement, and the way the coastline wraps out on the point, gives shelter to the condo from strong winds and direct afternoon sun. My Baja surf condo really feels like a little piece of heaven on earth.
