Welcome to Cozy Condo 2. This loft style floor plan is a favorite! Condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Resort style living offers cooling water falls, a tropical atmosphere all within the beautiful Sonoran desert. You will enjoy morning coffee under the shade of your covered patio. This location is a convenient location adjacent to Udall Park which features all new Pickleball courts as well as a fitness center, indoor and outdoor tracks. Dining spots within 1/2 mile as well as Safeway and Walgreens. Don't forget about the beauty of Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon, both a short drive. Please note, there are ongoing updates regarding the furnishings in this unit. Unit now features brand new queen beds! Please contact me for clarification. Minimum occupancy is 30 days.

Very Nice VRBO experience.

We spent a very pleasant 2 1/2 months in this clean, comfortable and cozy condo. Our host met us when we arrived and provided all the info we needed to to make our stay stress free. We never had any problems during our stay. Thanks Marc and Nancy.

Nice and comfortable place

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was situated in a good location for our purposes, which is hiking and Pickleball. There arellts of opportunities for both. Marc was a very gracious host and was there when we needed him, which was not often. The only fault we had was that the kitchen is not very well equipped, especially when we like to cook on our long stay. Cutlery was also a bit short for four people. We would definitely stay there again. Christel and Guido
