In the heart of this old fortified farmhouse dating from the 13th century, you will discover an ensemble composed of the owners' house and three gîtes, on a 4 hectare estate. The Gîte La Logette is set in one of the barns, also including three other gîtes L'Etable (46G12437), La Grange (46G12513) and Le Moulin (46G12313) not overlooked, at the gateway to the Ségala, between the Causse and the hills, close to the Dordogne valley and its major tourist sites. In the heart of the countryside, come and enjoy this gîte with exposed beams, offering two beautiful bedrooms, carefully decorated, varied leisure facilities and a communal swimming pool. This gîte is ideal for a stay with family or friends, the conviviality is there! What's more ? Presence close to a mini-farm, for the delight of children! Gîte of 73m² with on the ground floor: a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 and an independent toilet. Upstairs, served by a wooden staircase with full steps, a second bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. Internet wifi and central heating. Shared park of 2000m², common unenclosed land of 4ha, private terrace (not opposite) with pergola and view of the countryside and parking nearby. Swimming pool with shelter, shared with the 2 other gîtes, swing, table tennis, table football and barbecue. Farm animals nearby (donkeys, geese, goats, hens...) and ponies. Gîte close to the owners, the entrance to the property is common to all.
