Our tiny guest-house is nestled under a canopy of 100-year old oak trees less than 1 mile from Downtown Sanford. Sleep tight on the brand new memory foam cooling mattress and watch a movie or relax on the patio after a long day.

The new kitchenette has a mini-fridge, induction hot-plate, coffee maker and microwave and is stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware to make yourself meals throughout your stay.

AMAZING!

The Tiny Sanford House is so quaint and remarkable! I would give the property a 10 Star and the owner a 20 Star. It was an awesome stay and definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

Hidden Gem

Everything was wonderful! Tiny house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed Location was great, near downtown. Neighborhood was picturesque and perfect for walking and biking. Our Hostess Lindsey was incredibly helpful, very accommodating and anticipated all our needs. Will definitely return.

We're Lindsay & Adam, we've been hosting folks from around the world in our short term rentals for a little over a year and love meeting new people! We love Sanford and all of the charm that it brings, and love sharing that with people visiting our small town. We purchased our home almost 2 years ago with a big vision - our main house is the star of the property, where we live in the first floor and rent the second floor out to guests, we rent the tiny house out and have done major renovations to it, and also have a garage apartment that we rent out long term.

Why they chose this property

This property spoke to us when we were searching the market. It was perfect for fulfilling the "host" itch that we had, as we always stayed in homes rather than hotels when travelling and knew the experience we wanted to provide to guests. The property is nestled under 100+ year old oak trees that provide beautiful scenery 12 months out of the year. We've done extensive renovations to our tiny house to make it a quaint and quiet place to relax and unwind after spending a day exploring the area.

What makes this property unique

We're walking distance to downtown sanford, less than 1 mile away. We take nightly walks and it takes about 20 minutes to get to main street. We are in the golf cart district with golf carts available for rent from multiple companies.
