La maison est très bien placée, la plage et quelques commerces facilement accessible à pieds.A signaler toutefois qu'il y a quelques marches dans la maison (1 à chaque fois) pour accéder au séjour, à la salle de bain et à la chambre du bas.L'escalier qui mène à l'étage est assez raide.Le service Conciergerie est top.
