Ideal for 'big people'! Whether you're a basketball player, a rugby player or a fan of long stays, this is the place for you. It's pompously called the Royal Suite! And with good reason: it's the largest flat in the Hôtel Particulier.

This charming flat, measuring 42 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift). It consists of a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A living room with sofa, dining table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you will have a private parking space at your disposal.

L'appartement de Vincent "Ondanks bovengenoemde gebreken: een prachtig appartement en prima ligging. 🙂 Gratis parkeerplaats bij appartement. Airco In centrum en toch rustig, bij plein en park. Mooi pand en prachtige inrichting. 🙁 Communicatie was slecht. Bijvoorbeeld: er wordt verwacht dat je zelf het afval opruimt maar daarbij wordt niet aangegeven waar je dit kunt doen. Ander voorbeeld: we hadden aangegeven dat de afzuigkap niet werkte maar kregen geen respons. En er was geen brandtrap en vluchtroute in geval van uitbreken brand."
