Come and relax in this bright, cosy, quiet and elegant new studio + mezzanine (2024) measuring 26m² on the ground floor, with a mezzanine sleeping area to free up the ground floor.
New fully-equipped kitchen: washing machine, hob, extractor fan, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, all crockery and cutlery, TV, WIFI...
Bathroom with large shower (120x80), vanity unit and wc.
Terrace with garden furniture for outdoor dining, ‘Relax’ armchairs.
On-site parking for 2 cars.
Close to the pretty village of Saint Pardoux and its Sunday morning market (300m) and the lake (600m), with all its activities, swimming pool, accrobranche (tree climbing), and numerous hiking trails in our beautiful Limousin countryside.
