BRAND NEW LEATHER SECTIONAL FEB 2025. BRAND NEW 6-PERSON EVOLUTION GOLF CART FEB 2025 (FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST).
Coconut Treehouse, site 1080 is our personal family beach home located in the Holiday Inn section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. It is wonderfully located just 5 houses (150 ft) from the Beach and 10 houses (250ft) from the Sand Dollar Lake. It is also located near the Ocean Lakes Recreation Center, Pool Areas, and Playground Areas.
We are different than other properties at Ocean Lakes in what we provide. For your $350 cleaning fee the house is fully cleaned before you arrive by a contract company, PLUS they provide all fresh linens and all bath towels and wash cloths (fresh, changed out between every renter, not washed onsite and reused). You only need to show up with your beach towels. And if you want to bring you own linens you can, but there will be fresh white ones on the bed when you arrive. It is not cheaper to bring your own as we must provide linens with each rental; they clean and provide linens, bath towels (16) and washcloths (16) for the house. Three less things to worry about trying to pack (linens, bath towels and washcloths).
THERE IS A $15 PER DAY PER VEHICLE CHARGE, THAT IS PAID TO OCEAN LAKES VISITORS CENTER BEFORE ENTRY IS GRANTED. IT IS PAID FOR THE ENTIRE STAY BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED ON OCEAN LAKES PROPERTY. NONE OF THAT MONEY GOES TO THE OWNER! THIS IS AN OCEAN LAKES CHARGE FOR EVERY VEHICLE ON PREMISES.
Our family beach home has 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. We have four queen beds and four double beds, and each bedroom has TV and direct access to a bathroom. Our dining table seats 8 with additional bar area for 4 more. We also have seating outside on either the upper balcony, middle deck, or lower concrete pad area.
During June, July, and August we only have weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals are available from September through May.
This is a FAMILY Vacation Home. We maintain a very strict policy of NO SMOKING, NO PETS, AND NO HOUSE PARTIES. Our rules are enforced without exception and are not meant to restrict your vacation but to enhance your vacation! We are proud of our home and when we do not have guests this is where we stay. Clear and precise guidelines insure everyone has a wonderful place to vacation year after year!

Want a golf cart? Ask us about renting our 2025 Evolution 6-person golf cart (it's a limo!) that is located at the house. Must be 21 to drive golf cart!

This house is wonderful I have never seen a house stocked as well as this house! They even had a Bundt cake pan ! Lol so close to a beach access even the old lady (me) could walk to the beach every morning ! All my kids and grands loved it too !

Home was clean, well equipped, with great layout & decor! We enjoyed the puzzles/games, surf boards & beach chairs provided by the owner. No need to load up golf cart & struggle to find a parking spot at beach, as this was a very short walk. Very convenient location. Highly recommended renting the owners limo golf cart. Beautiful ocean lakes home

We really enjoyed our stay here, and really appreciated everything the home had in it, from cookware to games, we put together a 1,000 piece puzzle together as a family. The home was clean & even has blow dryers in the bathrooms which i thought was so nice. Best Spring break ever & we absolutely loved the golf cart as well.

Wonderful time at Ocean Lakes

We were very impressed by this community! Having the water park and easy access to the beach was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The golf cart was a huge hit and truly is the nicest one around! The number of beds optimized the rooms so everyone had their space and was comfortable. If the size of our group allows we will definitely consider booking again next year for our annual trip!

We are a retired military family. Traveling the world and fell in love with Myrtle Beach, Murrels Inlet, and Surfside. We now reside in Colorado but live in our "beach house" about 4 months every year (Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar). We loved winters in Colorado and hitting the slopes, but the older you get the more you enjoy warmer winters. We also come back for two weeks every summer. We hope you enjoy your vacation in our little paradise.

What makes this property unique

We like to think our house is the nicest in all of ocean lakes. Super clean, everything updated in the past 3-4 years (including new 2025 6-person golf cart, leather sectional, 8-person dining table, lights, refrigerator, floors, etc, etc, etc) and amenities for 16 people. It is also just a one-minute walk to the beach.
