Warm sloping roof apartment, ideally located in the center of the resort and next to the slopes in Courchevel Village : "Les Grangettes" lift.

- A bright living-room with dining area and lounge corner with TV
- A full equiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, fondue set, raclette machine, shaker, decanter...)
- A double bedroom (160x200 cm) with TV and the balcony access
- A cabin room with a bunk bed for children or teenagers (3 beds of 90x190 cm) with a velux window; we remind you that sleeping at height is prohibited for children under 6 years old.
- A separated shower room with a walk-in shower
- A separated toilet with hand washbasin

- WIFI
- 1 parking place in the residence
- 1 ski locker with boots dryer
- Access to the residence’s SPA : steam bath, sauna, relaxation area, and massage room.
