Come in and rest in this inviting space full of amenities, including a wood-burning fireplace you can spark up if you're coming in cold. Don't worry, summer guests, there's central air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Enjoy cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, or take it out to the private gas grill. You'll be able to settle in at the dining table, a two-person breakfast bar, or the outdoor picnic table. The top-level's desk is perfect for finishing up remote assignments before heading off for a hike. Guests who want to stay on this level will also have access to a private furnished balcony with a view of the forest, as well as an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Everyone can come together in the lowest level's game room, which features a pool table, foosball table, extra seating, and a CD player for mood music. Of course, the top place to relax is in the home's private hot tub. There's always room for one more visitor at this cabin.

THINGS TO KNOW
Firewood is not provided but is available for sale. Before entering the subdivision you will see a sign that says the wood is for sale on the right side of the road.
Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests.
Guests must travel by car to reach this cabin.
A sofabed in the common space provides an extra sleeping space.
Georgia Fishing and Hunting Licenses are required for guests who want to participate in these activities.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: *A Ring surveillance doorbell camera is installed at the front door. It is motion activated, records sound and movement, and features two-way talk, a security siren, and snapshot capture.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
