Pleasant studio on the ground floor with its large terrace, very well equipped, ideal for family holidays in Grau-du-Roi; direct access to the two swimming pools (open from June 15 to September 15) of the residence.The living room with its modern and fully equipped kitchen area opens onto a beautiful relaxation area in the loggia and then onto a large terrace. At the entrance of the accommodation, modern shower room with separate WC, cabin area; garage in the residence, near the building. Shops and beaches nearby, everything is there for a good vacation!
