Less than 1 hour from Paris, stay in this 19th century Maison de Maître, tastefully renovated while keeping the charm of the old.
It is suitable for a stay with family, friends or for a private event.
The House is distinguished by its 330m2 spread over 3 levels: a ground floor, a ground floor and a converted attic.
The land extends over 1650m2 with its garden, its quiet terrace, the Villa Bourgeoise welcomes you for a relaxing stay.

An outbuilding is present on the grounds, it has also been renovated and can be rented by you, by another traveller or used as accommodation for the duration of your stay at the Villa. Comprising 4 beds, a living room, a mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small terrace. (this additional accommodation is independent of the house)

1 wooded living room of 30m2 with its antique piano
1 living room and dining room of 75m2 equipped with a fireplace and its large solid wood table
1 kitchen of 15m2 with its adjoining dining room of 15m2

Master Suite: king size bed 180*200 which opens onto a wall glass roof to cross to reach its private bathroom equipped with a 2-seater whirlpool and a double sink
Green and gold bathroom: walk-in shower, large single sink and toilet
Natural beige bathroom: bath, double sink and toilet

The Attic:
Open space of 40m2 that can accommodate about 7 people in dormitory format, also a travel cot is available on request. The beds are composed of sofa beds, extra beds and inflatable mattresses.

Library with a 15m2 office area to enjoy a moment of reading or organise board games and let off steam with the Table football.
