Studio for 2 people, no renovated, situated in Helipolis entrance E, second floor with lift, interior side. Living room with 140 cm bed. Kitchen area with big fridge, microwave, Kettle, television and Air freshener. Bathroom with separate toilets. Terrace with shutter. Without parking .

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.

scammers, pretend on the internet something different than reality.

service is very poor, after 2 hours I finally found the location where I could pick up the key to the apartment. no one available, found mobile number by chance. Complaints are not taken seriously, i went to the office for 3 days in a row, no one who spoke English or was qualified. mold on bedding and bathroom, electricity blood and not covered in wall. Started with renovation but not finished and still rented out. very bad organization, I strongly advise against it.
