It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 70 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 350 m² private enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
