The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this single-storey house in the commune of Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, set in a very quiet residential park 500 m from a magnificent Dunier massif and 25 minutes from the beach on foot via the dunes or 5 minutes by car.
The beach is 600 m from the house and can be reached on foot via a magnificent footpath. A children's playground and petanque area are located next to the house. This 67 m² house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a lovely south-facing terrace and garden of around 200 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cadis for the market, walking sticks and a rucksack for short hikes, pétanque balls for adults and children, sand toys for the children, a baby high chair, deckchairs, a barbecue, an inflatable paddle and a bicycle.

Outside:
- A 200 m² garden (private and enclosed), south-facing, with an outdoor shower for returning from the beach
- A 26 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 vehicle) or in front of the house (1 vehicle).
