The Murphy bed was broken. It was okay to sleep on but the frame was detached at the left side foot end. On the day of our arrival, the elevator was broken so had to climb from ground floor to 3rd floor multiple times loaded down with our gear. The location was absolutely excellent however, making daily skiing very convenient. I would go back to the same room again, but certainly would hope the bed would be fixed.

Incredible location with great sauna/hot tub

We had the best time at this condo that is in the heart of Snowshoe village. Steps away from the slopes, coffee shop and restaurants. It was very clean, easy to access and had a fireplace that made it feel super cozy! We walked everywhere! Parking is free at the parking lot across the street or you can park underground for a fee. The two hot tubs and sauna were perfect after a full day of skiing! We will be returning!

Great location! Rimfire has plenty of amenities to offer. Be sure to take advantage of the parking garage. Worth every penny to stay out of the cold and not worry about parking on busy days. The hot tub had the best sunset view in the village. Plenty for locker room for 2-3 people. Very convenient to Starbucks and other dining venues. One of the better places I’ve stayed while at Snowshoe. Will be booking this one again very soon.

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Host was very responsive to inquiries, the condo was clean and the location was great. Only reason for 4/5 stars is due to mattress quality. The pull-out sofa bed is really bad. My 6-year-old even complained about feeling the springs and kids can pretty much sleep anywhere. The murphy bed was better but still could use an upgrade. After skiing all day, you really want to rest comfortably and unfortunately the beds didn't provide that.

Quick Ski Trip

This property was small, but quaint. It was perfect for me and my husband. We are very simple people who do not need all the bells and whistles. It had everything we needed to prepare some simple meals. When we didn’t want to cook, the location’s proximity to a variety of restaurants was ideal. I did not ski, but my husband did. While he was skiing, I enjoyed the village and people watching. I was never bored while he skied. This property and location is perfect for any duo or couple who enjoy the simple life, but enjoy the adventures of skiing, snowmobiling, and tubing!

Check in did not go well, the Inn at Snowshoe did not have our reservation in the system; we had to go to Mountain Top. Wasted a lot of time… The condo was OK; the picture on VRBO does not show that the table can only be used when the bed.is not used ( they are in a set, if you open up the bed, the table needs to be closed since it s a set). The floors were sticky and not mopped upon our arrival; we had to mop it ourselves. Overall, it was an ok stay…

Nice, small studio and a perfect location. Comfy and fulfilled our needs. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work and our initial attempts to get into the ski locker failed due to the wrong code on the listing. I will give the owner credit for very quick communication for questions I had concerning these issues.

Perfect Location

One of the easiest ski-in ski-out places I've stayed. The only downside was check-in for almost the whole mountain was at 1 location, causing us to stand in line for 1hr and 45 min. Room was clean and access to the garage made it easy to find parking.
