Located in the countryside in Clohars-Fouesnant, 5 minutes from the beaches and the seaside resort of Bénodet, this holiday home is the ideal place to relax and rest.

With its 140 m2, this dupleix house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are upstairs. For everyone's comfort, you will find a bathroom with shower upstairs, a bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor, as well as 2 separate toilets.

This country house also includes a large living room (with TV and wifi) and a fully equipped kitchen. To allow everyone to flourish, you will benefit from a reading and games area in the mezzanine, as well as a sublime 30m2 veranda where you can share good convivial moments.

Finally, you can enjoy a very large terrace with garden furniture, and an outdoor swimming pool heated from March to October.

Une maison agréable où on ne se sent pas à l’étroit

Un très bon séjour … je conseille la visite de Quimper, concerneau et de locronan La maison est très grande et Confortable… par contre attention la plage terrasse de la piscine est très glissante…faire bien attention si c’est humide !!!
