Rare 3 Bedroom/3 Bath updated condo at Las Mananitas in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. Located on the second floor you are a short walk to the elevator or steps. Property is gated with 24 hour security and on-site maintenance.

This unique condo has everything you will ever need for your stay. After renting at Las Mananitas for several years we are very conscientious of our furnishings, including everything you need for a great kitchen or a day at the pool.

KITCHEN has granite counters with upgraded stainless steel appliances. Island has seating for three people. We have included 16 place settings for both inside and outside as well as any paper products you may need.

LAUNDRY has new front loading stacked washer and dryer. Located in the kitchen closet where you will also find laundry detergent and fabric softener.

LIVING ROOM has plenty of seating for your group. 2 swivel chairs, 1 recliner and sectional. New Smart Google TV and authentic Mexican accessories. In the TV stand you will find games, puzzles, portable speakers and portable phone chargers.

PRIMARY BEDROOM has a comfortable king sized bed and a new Smart Google TV. En-suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

QUEEN BEDROOM has two queen sized beds, new Smart Google TV and plenty of extra space. En-suite bathroom has a combination shower bathtub.

FULL BEDROOM has two full sized beds and a new Smart Google TV. En-suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

DINING ROOM has seating for six.

DESK AREA has plenty of room for you to use your laptop or ask Amazon’s Alexa questions.

HALLWAY CLOSET has an abundance of pool towels and chair towels. You can also find rolling coolers to bring your drinks to the ocean or pool.

OVERSIZED BALCONY has three sections. To the left you will find 2 extra refrigerators, great for all of your drinks, along with a dining table that seats six people. In the middle you will have an outdoor living room with 2 chairs and a couch. You can view the pool or ocean while you just sit back and relax. To the right you will find two oversized lounge chairs and blankets. This is a great place for an afternoon siesta. There are numerous towel hangers on the balcony.

SHARED AREAS include pool with an abundance of lounge chairs, grills, covered area with tables and chairs, putting green, exercise room, tennis court and restrooms.

Family Trip full of surprises.

We loved this place! The sports court was a bonus plus the different pools and hot tubs. Conveniently located next to a grocery store and several restaurants.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim's condo! We have always stayed on the tourist corridor and this was our first time in San Jose. We had concerns about traffic and noise in town but we found Kim's condo to be very private and peaceful and enjoyed being able to walk to numerous restaurants and the grocery store. Cynthia's was one of our favorite restaurants for a healthy meal and super close. Zipper's has always been a fave of ours and the perfect beach walk for lunch. The property was very well maintained with staff working all day cleaning. We felt very safe in this condo unit as my boys worked out in the gym, played basketball, putted on the putting green and swam in the pools. We basically had the expansive beach to ourselves, making it very peaceful in the afternoons. We enjoyed watching the whales breach and stingrays jump from the condo balcony and the beach! Kim was the best host - very quick to respond to questions. We are already making plans to return and stay in this condo unit again.
