About this property

Our 3 bedroom oceanfront villa is in a perfect location… walking distance to groceries, great restaurants, coffee, juice shop…short 6-10 minute drive to fishing, surfing, Flora farms, Acre, Javier’s, Mamat Mia, and Zipper (both on the ocean), and of course downtown San Jose (great Art walk and so many more restaurants). We also can schedule on-site massages, nails, horseback riding, tennis and pickle ball lessons. Surfing beach less than 5 minutes away. During turtle hatching season, there are many opportunities to see the baby turtles headed out to sea in the early morning. Also, whale watching October - Jan right in front of our unit. Perfect location and beautiful villa!

We loved our time at this villa. Private gated entrance. Walking distance to everything. View is spectacular and the beach right out the back door. Definitely planning on staying again!
