Aufenthalt in Potsdam, 14.-19.8.23

Die Fewo war wie beschrieben.Sauber, alles komplett. Leider gab es keinen Fahrradschuppen wie beschrieben, hatten die Bikes unter einer Plane im Hof stehen. Die Erreichbarkeit des Parkplatzes im Hof ist etwas schwierig, da die Örtlichkeit sehr verwinkelt und eng ist. Wir haben alle Unternehmungen mit den Bikes gemacht und haben das Auto wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes stehen gelassen.

Ferienwohnung in einer Villa

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Bei der Genauigkeit des Inserates haben wir einen Stern abgezogen, der dort beschriebene Abstellraum fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der ist nicht vorhanden, die Info sollte kurzfristig aus dem Inserat entfernt werden, da dies auch schon frĂŒher "bemĂ€ngelt" wurde.

Mit Abstrichen

Der angebotene Abstellraum war fĂŒr unsere fĂŒr E-Bikes ein Kriterium der Auswahl. Er war nicht vorhanden ! Das Einschalten des Fernsehers ohne Dokumentation war zeitaufwĂ€ndig und erst nach vielen Bedienungsschritten möglich. Trotzdem: perfekte Lage und Ruhe.

Schöne und hervorragend gelegene Fewo

Die Lage ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt in Potsdam. Alles ist fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar, BĂ€cker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke sowie Straßenbahn. Die Wohnung ist auch fĂŒr bis zu 4 Personen geeignet, da die ausklappbare Couch im WZ vollwĂ€rtig ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen jederzeit gern wieder. Wir werden die Fewo weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns die Ferienwohnung ausgewĂ€hlt, weil wir gerne in der NĂ€he des Heiligen Sees wohnen wolten. Die Wohnung hatt alles, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz wĂ€re , wie auch schon Vorbesucher geĂ€ußert hatten, fĂŒr 3 Autos zu eng. Wir hatten GlĂŒck - außer uns war nur noch ein Auto da. FahrrĂ€der hatten wir hinter dem Auto stehen-funktionierte auch. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Ausgezeichnete, ruhige und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Diese Wohnung hat an sich alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwarten kann. Von BĂŒgeleisen ĂŒber (gute) Kaffeemaschine bis zum GeschirrspĂŒler war alles vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Trotz sehr heisser Temperaturen draussen war es möglich, in den Innenraum ein ertrĂ€glich kĂŒhles Klima zu halten. Kleine Minuspunkte: Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind schon etwas stark durchgelegen, da wĂ€re ein Ersatz in Betracht zu ziehen; die Schlafcouch ist andererseits bretthart, die Kinder hat das jedoch glĂŒcklicherweise nicht gestört. Ansonsten aber wie gesagt alles super! Die Abwicklung hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Danke an dieser Stelle an Herrn Poschmann!

Schöne Wohnung in der Berliner Vorstadt

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und gĂŒnstig gelegen, sehr schön ausgestattet. FĂŒr zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Einziger Nachteil: der in der Anzeige erwĂ€hnte Abstellplatz fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der ist zur Zeit nicht zugĂ€nglich, der zur Wohnung gehörende Autoparkplatz recht eng.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zenraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in der Berliner Vorstadt, 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Man kann Potsdam und seine nĂ€here Umgebung auch ohne PKW erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Parkplatz. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings sehr beengt. Falls wie vorgesehen dort wirklich 3 Autos stehen sollten, könnte es ziemlich eng werden.

Die Beschreibung im Online-Inserat ist absolut korrekt. Dis Ausstattung enthĂ€lt alles, was zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt nötig ist. Selbst Verbrauchsmaterialien fĂŒr SpĂŒl- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Fahrradabstellraum ist reichlich voll, aber alle Benutzer gehen rĂŒcksichtsvoll mit allen RĂ€dern um. Der SchlĂŒsselversand per Post war kein Problem. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals buchen. Bis in die FußgĂ€ngerzone sollte man 20 Minuten zu Fuß rechnen, aber die Tram-Haltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wer gerne Fisch ist, dem sei "Der Butt" im HollĂ€ndischen Viertel empfohlen
