Sunny and spacious 3½-room apartment on the first floor, 110m2, south facing with view of the mountains and the lake. Living/dining room with fire place, balcony, TV and Wi-Fi. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. 1 double room. 1 bedroom with two single beds. Bath/toilet/sink. Shower/toilet/sink. New, comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shared washroom and ski room. non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Corvatsch, constructed in 1990 in the Engadine style, is located in the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cableway Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the season, busses run every half hour in any direction. Many other physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Eine Gebrauchsanweisung für den Decoder und den Fernseher wäre hilfreich gewesen. So mussten wir alles mit "try and error" umständlich selbst heraus finden. Die Griffe der Fenster und Aussentüren sind äusserst schwergängig. Einige Lampen funktionnierten nicht. Sonst war alles in Ordnung, und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Guy und Gaby Waringo

Unsere diversen Fragen, besonders das Erklären der Fernsehbedienung wurden prompt und zuvorkommend erledigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt zu einem schönen Urlaub. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Als einziger Mangel empfanden wir das Fehlen von Tagvorhängen. Ohne diese hat man von der Strasse her und von den sehr nahe gelegenen Häusern freien Blick in die Wohnung, was besonders in den Schlafzimmern nicht angenehm ist.
