A luxurious, beautiful terrace flat in a sunny and central residential location awaits you here. From the huge - partly covered - south-facing terrace (41 m2) you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains.
The valley station of the Motta Naluns cable car and the village centre, where the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths are located, are just a 7-minute walk away.
The La Perla A2 holiday flat has an ultra-modern and very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Spacious bathroom with rain shower, WC, washbasin. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Flat screen TV and free WLAN are available to guests. The flat has a lockable bike/ski compartment next to the reserved garage space in the car park.
The prices include :

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Scuol. Die Wohnung war groß genug für 2 Personen, mit einer schönen grossen Terrasse mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, auf die Berge. Sehr ruhig gelegen auf der Terrassen Seite. In der Wohnung hört man nichts. Und zu Fuss ist man in ein paar Minuten im Dorfkern und bei der Bergbahn, Einfach Top!
