Our caring staff will anticipate your every need including cold towels on arrival, housekeeping and laundry service daily, turndown service, organizing activities, and more. When renting the estate, your staff includes 3 housekeepers, 1 beach attendant/house man, and 24/7 concierge services.

Sandcastle guests are greeted at the ferry/airport and personally welcomed to your private escape by the entire staff. During and prior to your stay, you will have access to concierge services for booking all your activities including restaurants, boat charter, diving, spa, massage, private chef, and more.

Villa Master Suite: A retreat to exceed expectations. Kreiss furnishings including down filled sofa for movie nights, large screen TV, Tempurpedic mattress and pillows, very private balcony with comfortable chairs for enjoying afternoon tea or morning coffee, desk/office setup if you must work, and large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, romantic outdoor shower, and private toilet. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
Villa 2nd Master Suite: private balcony with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy a cocktail or a coffee with the best view in the house, king bed, and en-suite bathroom including large stone shower. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
Villa Double King Suite: en suite bathroom, double sink, private toilet, perfect for a family of 4 that likes to sleep with the kids, or 4 kids together!
Villa 2 King Guest Bedrooms: these 2 rooms are identical, En-suite bathrooms with large stone showers, large closets and plenty of drawer space in both rooms. The rooms open on to the shaded Lanai area, a few steps away from the pool.
Villa Kids Lounge: Two Twin Beds are set up as day beds for lounging and playing Xbox! Housekeeping will make them up for comfortable sleeping at night. Suitable for small children up to age 12. Fully air conditioned and enclosed, powder bathroom is just down the hall with toilet and sink.
