About this property

's Lois - Comfortable apartment for 2 persons in the beautiful, quiet Kaunertal, WLAN

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. It has a large living / bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, armchair, etc. as well as a small kitchen with table, bench and chairs and a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen with hot plates, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a window.
The apartment does not have a balcony, but you can sit on a bench on the wide platform of the front steps directly in front of your apartment door and enjoy the sun in the morning.
Free fast WiFi / WIFI. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Parking is in front of the house, in consultation you can use our garage if necessary.
Ski room with ski boot dryer.
Dog by arrangement. We charge a one-time fee of € 15 for a dog for the increased cleaning effort.
Non smoking.
Check-out at 10 a.m. Check-in from 4 p.m.
There are two other apartments in the house.
The QUELLALPIN, a modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, restaurant etc. is only 150m away. In winter (October to the end of May) our guests have exclusive FREE entry to the Quellalpin swimming pool & fitness, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount on the swimming pool. (The Quellalpin is from May 22, 20 to June 10, 20 wg .. Revision work closed)
Free ski bus to our beautiful, snow-sure glacier area (about 30 minutes to the slopes). Skiing is usually possible there until the end of May, the ski area is never overcrowded, there are no long lines at the lifts. To Serfaus / Fiss you need about 30 minutes by car.
The 25 km long cross-country ski run Kaunertal starts right in front of our house. The natural toboggan run is only a few meters away. Likewise, many hiking trails start right behind our house, which lead you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who love solitude and an almost untouched mountain world far away from the trade fair tourism.
In the beautiful, quiet Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports shops with ski rental, various restaurants and bars and an ATM. Everything is easy to reach on foot. In the basement of the house you will find a ski room for your equipment with a ski boot dryer.
For a dog (by arrangement) we charge € 20 per stay.

Unser Apartment (2 Pers.) war liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wirklich gemütlich. Die Christa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und direkt Ausflugtipps gegeben. Wir waren hauptsächlich zum Wandern dort und haben das voll ausgekostet, es gibt wunderbare Strecken. Auch das Quellalpin (3 min zu Fuß vom Haus) können wir durchaus empfehlen. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Geldautomat, Restaurants sind vor Ort. Alles in allem ein entspannter und unkomplizierter Urlaub mit einer wunderbaren Unterkunft. Ein dickes Danke an Familie Hafele, weiter so! :-) Viele Grüße aus Düsseldorf

Wir haben zu zweit mit Hund 2 Nächte in Feichten verbracht. Es ist eine sehr schöne Gegend und man ist nur wenige Minuten von dem wunderschönen Gletscherpark entfernt. Auch direkt von der FeWo aus kann man gut wandern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der FeWo, alle waren nett und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde Auskunft über die Umgebung gegeben, alles war sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen ! Immer wieder gerne.

Schöne Wohnung wenig Hilfsbereitschaft vor Ort

Mein Sohn (13) und ich hatten einen tollen Urlaub, die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Vermieter lebt in Berlin und ist zwar im Vorfeld durchaus bemüht, nett und freundlich. Als er aber die negativ Bewertung las wurde er sehr zynisch. Seine Schwester magnet das alles Vor Ort und ist ebenfalls sehr sympathisch, ist aber selber dabei noch täglich, bis 16.30 Uhr berufstätig. Also gibt es nicht wirklich einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, wenn man Diesen nicht braucht und nicht viel Wert auf Rücksichtnahme legt ist auch alles ok und sehr empfehlenswert. Familiäre Angehörige sind vor Ort, aber sehr unfreundlich mürrisch und wenig hilfsbereit.. Zudem muss man sich im Einfahrtbereich in acht nehmen, um von der Frau nicht um gefahren zu werden. Wir waren leider wegen eines Problems auf Hilfe angewiesen, aber selbst das Heraussuchen einer Taxi Telefonnummer, war nicht möglich. Und auch weitere Hilfe war leider nicht möglich bei der Gepäckannahme. Wir waren diesbezüglich leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt bei der Familie und werden auch nicht wieder kommen.

Liebe Frau R., Danke für Ihre erneute und nun 6. Bewertung. Sie haben unsere Nachbarn aufgefordert, Sie zum 30 km entfernten Bahnhof zu bringen, bzw Ihren Koffer per Paketdienst nach Deutschland zu senden, da Sie diesen nicht mit in den Postbus nehmen wollten. Es mag Sie verärgern, dass diese das ablehnten, aber es ist tatsächlich nicht deren Aufgabe dies zu tun. Und sollte eigentlich auch nicht Gegenstand einer Bewertung für uns oder unser Objekt sein. Dass Sie aber Ihren Koffer einfach in den Eingang der Pension unserer Nachbarn stellten und dieser erst Tage später abgeholt wurde, empfinden wir in Zeiten, in denen herrenlose Gepäckstücke gerade in Tourismusgebieten ein ernstes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen, als schwierig. Ein Taxi hätten wir, Christa und sicher unsere Nachbarn sehr gerne bei rechtzeitiger Bestellung organisiert, allerdings war davon Ihrerseits nie die Rede. Die Fahrweise unsere Nachbarin bitten wir zu entschuldigen, aber auch dafür können wir leider keine Verantwortung übernehmen.

Klein aber sehr fein!

Gemütliche, saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir 3 waren dort für einen kurzen Skiurlaub und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Gletscher in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, was will man mehr! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung, Skikeller, Stellplatz, im Dorf günstig gelegen, liebevoll ausgestattete kleine Küche, schönes Bad und die Skibushaltestelle ist gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind nett und brauchten nur 10 min um eine herausgeflogene Sicherung zu reparieren. Wir waren mit Preis und Leistung zufrieden.
