Jarabacoa has three large rivers, Baiguate, Jimenoa, and the Yaque del Norte, the two merge in the Confluencia which is a 6-minute drive from the property.
Jarabacoa is a beautiful town where you can sightsee and adventure at the same time, such as Rafting, Horseback riding, Paragliding, 4 wheeler, etc.

Why they chose this property
This is a family property. We are a family of 5, very united, We owe a house and with that house, we decided to expand it and then built an apartment on top. We built it from scratch. Everything that was added inside the apartment was well thought with the excitement of renting it out for future rental. This was made for the comfort of your home away from home. This was constructed just for you.
What makes this property unique
The property is located in a safe place. It is not located facing any busy street nor traffic. Waking up with the sound of the bird is the best part for me in being in Jarabacoa.
