And only 8 km away from the vacation home is the minster of Bad Doberan, which was already built in the late 13th century. Originally this was a Cistercian monastery. If you want to get around nostalgically, you should visit the Bäderexpress Molli, an old steam train that really heats up. The departure station of Bad Doberan is also close to the vacation apartment and offers a good transport hub, not only for old-fashioned trips by train. Börgerende also serves as an ideal starting point for bicycle tours and extensive hikes. If you are looking for enough space for the larger travel group, you can book DMK225 at the same time, which is located on the same property.
