This mansion, in the heart of the vineyards, between Saint Emilion and Bergerac, offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family.

With family or friends, enjoy a peaceful house that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children.
For your leisure activities: outdoor swimming pool, ping pong table, jacuzzi, barbecue, trampoline, swing, and Lake Gurson and its leisure centre 5 minutes away.

Visit the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne, wine estates, castles, and rivers.

The accommodation
Gîte of 160m2 on one level, old stone mansion, and its glass roof - renovated in 2024.
At the entrance, spacious corridor serving:
- a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric mixer),
- a living room with TV, library and sofa bed
- a cosy first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a child's bed (60x160), storage
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a medium bed (120 cm), and chest of drawers
- a third bedroom with two single beds and a jacuzzi. One of the beds is trundle and can be transformed into a double bed, but makes the billiard table unusable.
- a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet
- a patio (glass roof) with office area, and a collection of board games
- a laundry room equipped with a washing machine

On the outside side, you will find a partially fenced and wooded orchard garden, a shaded terrace where you can have your meals and a private car park.
Garden furniture is at your disposal for your outdoor meals as well as barbecue and armchairs.
Children can enjoy the trampoline, and the swing with slide while adults can enjoy the jacuzzi!

By car: 20 minutes from Saint Emilion, 40 minutes from Bergerac, 40 minutes from Périgueux, 1 hour from Bordeaux
By train: 25 minutes from Libourne station (TGV) or 10 minutes from Montpon or Castillon stations (TER)
By plane: 1 hour from Mérignac, 40 minutes from Bergerac

Other remarks
Household linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tablecloths, tea towels). Beds will be made on your arrival.

A grocery fund is provided to facilitate your installation (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee capsules).
