3BR, 2Bath charming villa on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida, located in a calm residential community in Spring Hill, Florida.
With just a quick 15 minute drive to the calm and family-friendly Pine Island Beach, as well as only minutes away from Weeki Wachee Springs, and close to many restaurants, this stay offers a relaxing getaway that everyone in the family can enjoy.
We offer a private, screened-in pool with inflatables. If sitting poolside under the sun isn't your style, the house is equipped with wireless internet as well as Netflix and other amenities on the TV. We offer a large fenced-in backyard if your kids want to play, as well as a large propane grill to prepare dinner on.
A spacious and inviting kitchen features an oven, fridge, microwave and toaster oven for those of you who enjoy cooking.
Provided amenities include: plush towels for each bathroom, hairdryer, travel-sized bath products, soft bedding, a desk for those who need space to work, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, dining area large enough for a family, and washer and dryer.
Accommodates approximately 6: 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size bed, and 2 Twin Size Beds.

Fantastic weekend getaway

We stopped by the grocery store, went inside and locked the door and didn't leave for 3 days. It was fantastic. The neighbors behind the house were having a bit of a party and smoking pot on Sunday, but we knew they would need to go inside and snack and play video games after a short period of time and they did.

We were impressed with this recently listed property from the start! Great nightly rate, perfect layout with bedrooms separated by common spaces & the heated pool! Perfect location for us to visit the beach, springs, go shopping & visit extended family in the area. We had great weather and loved being able to get back to the house & jump in the pool everyday!

Quaint, comfortable, clean!

The vacation apartment has all the necessities, even beach toys! Its a stone's throw from the beach and close to the grocery store. There were lots of rules which made the stay a little stressful at first but Ornella was very responsive and easy to talk to. Overall it was a great place to stay.
